Click for larger image RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – Eisenhower Medical Center and other local charities are once again beneficiaries of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. The $1.5 million in proceeds from the 2003 event was distributed to the listed Coachella Valley charities. Since the inception of the tournament in 1960 the Classic's charitable donations total $38,758,639.

"The Bob Hope Chrysler Classic is delighted to be able to make this major contribution to charitable organizations in the Coachella Valley," said John Foster, 2003 President and Tournament Chairman. "The knowledge that we are helping these worthy groups in their good work makes what we do at the Classic all the more meaningful."

Bob Brennan, 2004 Tournament President added, "We fully recognize, however, that a significant measure of our success in assisting our desert charities is through the magnificent support we receive from our long time sponsor, Chrysler and dedicated volunteers.
