Where is Public Parking?
Please follow the signage for Public Parking.
Buses will take you to the main entrance of each club.
The buses will be running continuously from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Clubhouse badge includes general parking only.
SilverRock Resort and La Quinta Country Club:
I-10 East to Jefferson, take Jefferson to Ave. 52 SilverRock Resort (approx. 6 miles).
Follow signs to designated Tournament Parking.
Buses will transport you to the La Quinta Country Club.
Classic Course:
Wednesday - Sunday
I-10 to Cook Street north exit and follow the signs.
Palmer Private Course at PGA WEST:
I-10 East to Jefferson, Right on Jefferson to PGA (approx. 8 miles).
What about facilities for the disabled on all the courses? Wheelchairs, ramps, restrooms, lounges, restaurants, etc?
All clubhouses are ADA compliant with wheel chair access, ramps,etc.
Additionally, there are special restroom facilities, and parking areas for the disabled at each course.
Special seating is also available at the host course.
All facilities for the disabled are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can you give specifics on parking for the disabled?
Space is provided in general parking. Special Handicap shuttle provided to courses.
Are there wheel chairs to rent?
Regretfully, no.
What proof of disability do I need?
Any state issued "HANDICAPPED" placard and or/license plates will suffice.

Am I supposed to receive a confirmation immediately, when I place an order for tickets over the internet?
Yes. You should get a confirmation after we receive your order in our office.
Are credit cards accepted at the gate?
No, cash only. Credit cards may be used at the Classic office or when placing phone or internet orders.
I received a PGA Partners card. The card says I need to make a reservation. What do I do?
All you need to do is take your certificate to the club of your choice on the day you want to attend. Gate personnel will exchange your certificate for a daily ticket.
If I wait until the day of the tournament to buy a ticket, will I be able to do so?
Yes, we do not limit our gallery. Plenty of tickets will be available any day of the event.
If I buy a general admission ticket, is that ticket good for all 4 courses?
Yes, for that day only.
Are there certain things we cannot bring on to the courses?
Memorabilia, cell phones, pagers, radios, cameras, portable televisions, picnic baskets or coolers are not permitted on the grounds during the tournament. Such items will be confiscated or you will be asked to return the items to their vehicles.
What amenities are available on the course?
There are plenty of restrooms and food concessions available at each course every day.

Jan. 14-18 – 7:00 – 5:00: Lumpy’s Discount Golf, 78-267 Hwy. 111, La Quinta (Southwest corner of Washington & Highway 111).
Jan. 20 – 7:00 – 5:00

When is Will Call open?
Monday, Begining Monday, Jan. 14 — Saturday, January 19
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday, January 20 — 7:00 am to Noon
Why can't I pick up Will Call tickets at the club I want to go to?
Because we play four courses each day, it is impossible to handle the logistics involved.
Can I get celebrity autographs during play, when they are walking from one hole to another?
We ask that you hold requests for autographs until the players, celebrities and professionals complete their rounds.
Can I bring memorabilia, i.e. basketball for Michael Jordan to sign?
No. Memorabilia will not be allowed on the courses and you will be required to check the item. You can retrieve item when you leave the course.
What clothing do you sell?
The Spectator Pavilion will have an extensive collection of Classic logo'd merchandise for sale. Located at the host course, Classic Course, it will be open Friday through Sunday, from 9:00 until 4:00.
There is also Classic logo'd merchandise available at the other courses during the tournament as well as at the Lumpy's stores in Cathedral City and La Quinta.

What happens to all the money that the Classic raises?
The Classic distributes its net proceeds to the Eisenhower Medical Center and forty deserving charities in the Coachella Valley once each year, usually in November or December.
To date, over $44 million has been distributed since 1960.
All charities requesting funds are reviewed and evaluated. All funds stay within the Coachella Valley to benefit the desert community.
